    • Coaching and Skills Development
    • Family Orientated
    • Regular Trips
    • British Canoeing Affiliated
    • Good Social Side

We are a friendly and welcoming club, and provide good quality training for the ‘Paddle Start’, ‘Discover’ and ‘Explore’ Canoe and Kayak British Canoeing Awards.

Every Thursday from April to September, our members meet at the training water to either teach or be taught, or just have a mess about on the water. At least once a month during the season there are organised trips which cover the different levels of Canoeing & Kayaking.

“Good selection of trips – Caters for families really well”

We have a membership of approximately 150 people, ranging from ages 7 to over 60 years who all enjoy the sport, whether paddling or spectating. We cater for all levels of the sport from complete novice to grade 4/5 water.

”Coaching is good in the club”

We have members who donate their time and knowledge of the sport to teach novices and encourage new members to paddle in a safe and enjoyable way. Our club allows people of all ages to have fun and build up their confidence in SUP, Kayaking and Canoeing.

We always love to welcome new members and can support you by hiring out kit and boats until you are sure you like the sport and want to continue to succeed in reaching a good level of competence on the water.
