HCC to be put forward for Club of the Year award. Review at next meeting – Development plan, Committee Roles.

Equipment
Mick Taylor donating a Slalom boat to the club. Big Thank you to ALL who helped out at the working party, especially Fraser, Nick and helpers for the new fencing and gates. 6X boats were put up for sale on eBay, 3 of which were sold and 2 are in the process. All kit has now logged with stickers with individual identification number numbers making every piece of kit traceable. New keys for containers to be cut for Alywyn. For insurance purposes all the containers need new locks. 2 x new Combination locks to be purchased for new Gates.
Events
The Pingles leisure centre in Nuneaton is having an open day on 20th May 2017 and want the Hammerheads to play a game and HCC to showcase the Club and all that it offers, with 1,2 or 3hrs available. Trip sign-on sheets MUST be completed on all club trips.

Club communication
Trip reports are coming in and all dates have been updated.
Polo
Off water session for all covering rules and regulations to be arranged. Trailer for Polo kit/boats for storage and transport to be made and paid for by Aylwyn. Aylwyn to get quote from the Pingles for pulley system for goals.
General
Committee co-opt Martin Stretton on as General Rep in his absence.

Becky Holmes to borrow Canoe’s for D.O.E. Order of agenda at future committee meetings to be rotated monthly. Committee to look at other funding options and benefits to part fund Alywyns future Level 3 coaching in competitive paddlesport. Fraser to source and order Airbags for ALL WW spec kayaks that don’t already have them. Committee are more than happy for Martin Stretton to continue leading trips as and when he wants to and will give him all the support and time he needs.
