2019 Lake sessions
Beginners/start group – Below Discover standard. Coaches can award the Start award when people have achieved it.
Juniors – For children up to approximately 14 years old
Under 8’s must be supervised by an adult on the water (at the discretion of Level 2 coach)
SUP group – Everyone must be on a SUP and remain within the group. Only those with SUP sheltered water award or above can paddle in social group.
