A verbal resignation was given from Wendy Kendall, the committee have agreed to co-opt Katrina Smith to fill the position until the next AGM.

Sea cadets – Phil went last week, Hayley to email Claire to discuss the structure of the session. Next session is on the 25th July, Hayley to get to someone to open up that night.

Polo
Phil & Martin S met with Aylwyn & Wendy yesterday; they have decided to set up their own polo club. With immediate effect the polo will separate from HCC.
Phil will email Pingles to transfer the session over to them
Rob to change HCC website & delete polo email address

6 plastic boats, 3 helmets, 5 face guards, 2 balls & 6 buoyancy aids. HCC offered Hammerheads to buy this kit for £200 (to be paid before the end of the year)
Hammerheads to be asked to clear all their belongings out of the HCC containers before the end of the season

Polo rep position is now redundant and will be removed from the constitution at the next AGM

A parent of one the Paddlepower children has expressed concerns about their child having a rash after the lake session the other night, club and coaches will monitor this.
