RM check on items that need Constitution change before AGM

Up to 24th August, £3,731.47 in the bank account. AG to transfer across to Bank Account from Stripe. Waiting Round Table payment. LM has contacted Susan Reynolds for accounts examination

28th August – NS ran Explore session for 12 who completed their Discover course. KS ran Discover for 1
28th August MD Lake Tegid, Bala – trip canceled 29th Llangollen aqueduct trip
Upcoming
11th September – NS Explore graduates trip Mountsorrel figure 8
18th September – River Avon Bidford to Evesham & WWSR on Tees although HCC members-only taken 3 places, 2 taken elsewhere
25th September – Banwy or Dee
17th October – CIWW
29th October – Halloween paddle from Sutton Wharf. Plus other Thursday nights possible

Coaching / Development
Third FSRT run
WW Kayak award with Dave Beecroft, 8 places, get an award if fulfilling requirement on weekend
Safeguarding course has been taken by RM
First Aid – Neil Dixon 23/24 October 12 places £61.50 / £67.50 non-BC. Postpone possible 1 Day course for non-paddler volunteers until next year
Stoney Stanton parish Grant – local member numbers identified
Dave Beecroft enquired about using the lake and our kit. Agreed in principle – suggested £100 for one of our lake days and 8 sets of kit. Extend to Tony Kerr too.
