Minutes Accepted
Matters arising – RM reported quote for toilets of £25+VAT per week incl service each plus £25+VAT for delivery or collection. Approx £1300 for season
Correspondence – BC sent Bursary certificate and Paddlers Code info. KS to set up Bursary Application arrangements, form etc. Set up deadline, matched spend by HCC. KS to arrange volunteer meeting
Secretary Affiliation almost ready, required Safety Office, KS taken role
Zoe Walker and Martin Walker co-opted onto Committee as General Reps for remainder of the year
Urgency for Committee Volunteers to be emphasised on next email.

Constitution MW suggested change of constitution to BC model. RM suggested adopting new constitution incorporating all desired changes at an EGM during the next Club Year with more time to take membership along
