Affiliation done, 6 boats registered raised issue of person boats on club trip on CRT licensed water
Equipment
Plan to buy 3 budget SUPS – eg ‘Family’ Brand at approx £350 each for start of season
MD will arrange working party before the start of the season. Arrange time for work for electrics

Planning summer calendar, will have pre season induction day for coaches and helpers – week before lake opens
BC Bursary claim date extended: reimbursing for booked courses after May 1st
Carry out a survey for member course wants in new year – esp look at getting FSRT scheduled
First Aid being organised by Paddle Plus soon to be shared with HCC members
BC 2022 Burseries announced March
Arrange Dave Beecroft dates for lake – asks about use of SL toilets
KS has posted on FB group about Safeguarding and Inclusivity courses
Comms etc
MyClubHouse being adopted with one month trial prior to full paid use. Will be ready for new club year from April
