Stanton Lakes & Hinckley Canoe Club Meeting

2019 season was discussed – Both HCC & Stanton are happy with how
the 2018 season went, same rules will apply for the 2019 season
regarding parking etc.
Fee for the 2019 season is £2000 + inflation rate which is in line with our
three year agreement (£2148.80). This to be paid to Stanton at the end
of January by cheque Lesley March to action
Lake sessions dates for 2019 – 11th April until 12th September
AGM booked for the 8th March, 7.30pm start – Food booked
We talked about extending the decking and steps, Stanton asked for a
plan to be put together and presented to them Paul Morgan to action
There was also a proposal of a shed/summer house being put by the
containers as a booking in point / mini classroom, Stanton again asked
for a plan to be put together and presented to them for further

Sea cadets haven’t been in contact with either HCC or SL regarding the
2019 season, it was agreed that we would contact them to ask whether
they would like to discuss any plans for next year, if so there will be a
meeting booked in for Jan/Feb with all three parties Hayley Clarke to

Stanton Lake requested some information to pass on when people ask
